Bigg boss - The great entertainment factor for many, has been a factor to rely upon in eradicating one's boredom. This source of isolation from the real world to the virtual world occurs every once in a year (season )in every state of India through this highly engaging show BB.
Let me share my random thoughts over the first-ever season I viewed in Malayalam. My inquisitiveness made me know the daily living, camera demeanor, and outbreak after gradual oblivion of camera of a Malayali as my common counterpart with the contestants is my mother tongue Malayalam, though am a regular viewer of Tamil BB. A great fan for "THE HOST" Kamal Hassan
(strong fan only for the "host him", neutral when it comes to all his other ventures).I started watching BB 2 Malayalam midway on an episode and got on boat from that day till the last episode. The mode of view I preferred was Hotstar as it rendered me the freedom to view( from wherever I want, whenever I was eager to watch and to clarify the unheard dialogues so that I can end up with my own judgement of the participants).
Similar to many, my favorite was also Dr. Rajithkumar. Though I don't know his past and still never showed interest in knowing his past or I never even tried watching the white-haired beard filled Dr.Rajithkumar's speech that roams around in YouTube which rushes my video list. But, I liked and wanted him to be the winner, only after watching him in BB. Though the first one to attract me on my very first episode was Arya( I didn't know about her too till BB, Haven't watched a single program of her before BB). This show was a turnstile in BB history. The eye disease few contestants were affected with, the never believable gesture by Rajithkumar towards Reshma all still churns my thoughts as visuals passed in my nightmare. The ending episode inserted a void space in my routine.
My heart yearns for the new start of the episode from 77th day till finale day after clearance of the covid impact on our country. Simultaneously, I wonder how much could we as an audience accept aware( after understanding outside opinion) contestants. Their awareness shakes the stint of the game. We BB audience let's wait for an apt ending of BB 2 with our "Veraelevel" anchor lalettan.
