A fast snack with the commodities available at home during this tough phase of #Lockdown. A good notion for mouth cracking during the quarantine.

Resource needed:
Cup of Boiled rice, 4 Green Chillies, 1 Big Onion, Salt , White rava, Atta, Oil
Preparation Method :
1. Take a cup of boiled rice ( leftover to cool) just you may take the leftover rice after your lunch and blend once.
2. Add two tablespoons of white rava to it.
3. Add two tablespoons of wheat flour to it
4. Mix the batter well adding one teaspoon of salt to it, one onion cut pieces and four green chillies cut pieces.
5. Now make the batter into balls.
6. Take a pan full of oil ( I have used refined oil ) and boil it for 5 mins and then fry the balls in boiling oil till they turn to brown color.
7. Enjoy the yummy fried balls :)
