Myonaise wheat Gobi fry !!




Quarantine cooking during lockdown can only be accomplished if accompanied by available limited resources. Although there exist a limitation in resources, we do need to fill our leisure time with our field of interest along with something that fills our tummy. So here is a recepie indulging most of the houses containing resources.

Resources needed:

Myonaise , oil , water, wheat flour, cauliflower,
Chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt,



Preparation method :

1.Take three spatula of atta in a bowl

2.Add two teaspoons of myonaise,a pinch of  turmeric powder, one teaspoon of chilli powder and one
teaspoon of coriander powder to the atta in bowl.

3.Add water ( mostly three fourth a cup) as needed to make a consistent of semi-liquid form

4.Take oil (I have used refined oil) in a frying pan and boil it for five minutes in high flame.

5.Now dip the cauliflowers in the batter and fry them in oil in low flame till they turn light brown in color.

6.Aha ! Ready now ,indulge in tasting the recepie 😁.
