Dalgona Coffee , the Lockdown fad!

Dalgona hona hona coffee honihai bahut pyasi hogayi ab :)

Yup, the trendy dalgona coffee did attract me too ( how could it not attract a coffee addict ). Dalgona has been the new exploration of coffee type in B town, K town, and almost all towns in India. Over the night the dalgona fever has replaced covid fever(on a lighter note ). Its a good recipe and came out well the very first time I tried. The flavor exists in one's tongue for etern.

Resource :

Instant coffee powder, lukewarm water, sugar, milk, ice cubes( those afraid of cold, flu throat infection, etc better avoid ice )

Preparation :

1. Take two spoons of coffee powder ( I used Nescafe Sunrise ) in a bowl.


2. Add five teaspoons of sugar (as less sugar makes the coffee taste bitter ) to the above mix
3. Add two teaspoons of water as well
4. Blend using a blender for twenty minutes for perfect creamy formation



5. Take a cup of milk (add ice cubes for iced coffee) then apply the cream as a layer on the top of the milk



6. Allow the cream to sediment and drink using a straw so that you could taste the perfect dalgona. ( Don't swallow the cream separately as the speciality of dalgona is the coffee cream mixed milk)



That's it !! Now you are also in the #dalgona league :)
