Four potatoes, pepper, green chillies, oats, Refined oil, peas, tomato, spaghetti,garam masala, coriander masala, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and salt
Preparation method :
- Boil the spaghetti in hot water for ten minutes with a teaspoonful of salt added to it.
- Take a tawa, add oil, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, smash one chopped onion with 3 tomatoes and saute it with a pinch of turmeric, one spoon coriander powder, half spoon chilli powder.
- Cook for ten minutes then add the spaghetti to it stir and cook for five minutes.
- Beside smash boiled potatoes and green peas, green chilli add one teaspoon of pepper and salt to it and add oats and mix the dough.
- Allow resting for ten minutes after that make balls with the dough.
- Now shallow fry the balls in a pan. When one side is fried turn the next side of the ball and place it in oil likewise make the balls fry in all its four sides.
- Now serve the spaghetti topped with veg balls.
- Coat the balls slightly with tomato sauce before topping on to the spaghetti.
